I am basically at the same point now. l know about Tunlr and Unblock-us but since I am paying for PIA, I was wondering if I could set it up on my router (or 360 directly) to access US Netflix. Doesn't really seem like an easy way to do it just using the 360, or with the router that I have, so I guess unless I want to get a supported router.
